Final Voyagers

I have many friends who are nurses who ended up not working in the medical field but most of those that did are now in the United States with some scattered in New Zealand, Canada and Australia. When my cousin graduated from nursing, she was not sure whether she should go on and continue her studies or begin work as a nurse; she took some time off and had emt training when she worked in the Emergency Rescue Unit Foundation or ERUF unit. It would turn out to be one of the most memorable experiences in her life, and which would later lead to her decision to pursue the medical field and wear the white coat that somehow looks just right on her. Each and every relative in our family who works in the medical field—as a doctor, surgeon, or nurse—have all passed their board exams in just one take, a fact that my doctor uncle takes much pride in; due to this, a cousin of mine felt very pressured knowing that our relatives were all one take passers and hope that he too could make the family proud in just one take.   Fortunately he was able to pass and my aunt was very happy to discover this; once more the tradition continues. My sister who took up Occupational Therapy and Medicine passed both board exams on the first take and she accomplished this even while playing war craft in between periods of studying.
