I tried searching in the internet for job listings

After I finished my undergrad course, I just stayed at home and did not look for a job. At home, I just watch television, surf the internet, made a garden, and help around the house with the chores. I really want to find a job, so that I can save enough money for medical school, but instead of looking for a job, I prefer to stay at home. When I face the computer at home, I access the different free video chat that are being offered by websites so that I can communicate with my friends from college and relatives abroad. Thanks to free video chat, I am always updated with the latest happenings in the lives of my friends and relatives. I can talk to them, know their latest updates, and get to see them in my monitor, unlike the traditional chat we are accustomed to. While I was chatting with a friend, there was an idea that popped into my head, since I enjoy facing the internet so much, then why not put it into use, and try to earn money online. I tried searching in the internet for job listings, and looked for employers who are hiring virtual assistants. Although I do not have an experience as a virtual assistant, the employer hired me. I was interviewed by my employer through free video chat; we talked and saw each other at the same time. My boss usually asks me to type, research, make reports, and write for him. Free video chat has been a part of my every day life now as a career woman because my boss gives instructions and checks my progress through video chat. There are times that my employer calls me instead of video chat because there are some instructions that are hard to explain by just chatting. Anyway,I did not know that my being an addict to video chats can help me land a job.
