So I have decided to order a lot cupcakes

  Last year was my grandmother’s eightieth birthday, and we wanted to throw a really big party for her, and invite all her friends for a whole afternoon of fun, and then dinner after. My uncle who planned to come home for the celebration from the United States did not make it, because he could not take off time from work so he just sent money to be spent for the celebration. I was the one in charge of the birthday cake, and the preparation started a month before. I was looking for a cake that was not too expensive but something that would impress my grandmother and in my search someone showed me cakes that were made of cupcakes. So I have decided to order a lot cupcakes, tied ribbons to each, and arrange them in a beautiful cupcake tray, and at the top most part, I bought a small beautiful cake with intricate words wishing a happy birthday, and added a cake topper of a grandmother in a rocking chair, with a book in hand and a dog at the foot of her feet. My grandma’s house was turned into a party house and put up a tarpaulin of her photos. Fresh flowers were arranged on the tables, and whole roasted pig was served and all of my grandma’s siblings were invited, also her neighbors and their family. So far it was one of the biggest celebration in her life and people were spilling out of her house, including children and teens. Even if my uncle, one of her son could not make it,she was still very grateful to all of us who contributed to making her day special and she looked so very happy.
