The Devoted Flowers

One of the TV shows that I love the most would be american heritage series as it allows me to learn about the great American past, and I always watch it with my younger sister and there is always something new that we learn from it, especially when they feature unforgettable events that took place in a historical city. This series also makes me appreciate those historic places that have shaped America into a strong country that it is today, and it is something that I can truly be proud of and also of the rich cultural background of our land which is one of the most diverse culture in the world which is something that would definitely interest young historians like me. Being a social studies student at New York University, the series gives me so much learning advantage and it gives me more insight about the constitution that this country upholds, furthermore, it strengthens my identity as an American which also allows me to have a better understand of my heritage. Having known all these, I am certain that I can conquer my future endeavours, confident enough that I am equipped with everything there is to know about the past of my country that I am able to identify myself with, which gives me so much respect for the great America.   I could only wish that the younger generations, or even my generation, would also learn to realize how important it is to rediscover their roots because it is only through this that they are able to understand themselves as individuals and as citizens of this country, that is why I choose to pursue a career in shaping the minds of young Americans to learn to love their country and to realize their identity as Americans.
